Zeenia Hossain is a qualified lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom.

She has over 13 years of professional legal experience, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, managing complex matters and advising clients across corporate, civil, criminal, labour and employment, family and immigration law. Her experience spans both national and international contexts and includes extensive client consultation, case management, legal analysis, drafting and strategic advice.

For over three years, Zeenia has developed a particular focus on Australian immigration law, assisting with a broad range of visa, sponsorship and nomination matters, including complex immigration cases and matters involving visa refusals, cancellations, compliance issues and review proceedings before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). Her work involves assessing complex factual and legal circumstances, reviewing supporting evidence, preparing submissions and correspondence, advising clients on immigration pathways and managing matters from initial consultation through to finalisation.

Zeenia also has experience in international development, with a focus on compliance with national laws, regulations and international standards relating to employment, safeguarding, human resources and organisational development.

Currently, Zeenia manages immigration, family and commercial law matters within the firm, with a strong focus on client consultation, strategic case management and the effective handling of complex legal matters.
